Caela Tanjangco

Caela Tanjangco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, ecosystem development, and impact investing. Currently serving as the Director of Endeavor Catalyst, Caela leads operations in Asia and plays a vital role in co-investment initiatives for the nonprofit organization. Previous roles at Endeavor included Senior Manager and Head of Entrepreneur and Ecosystem Development, where responsibilities encompassed managing relationships with entrepreneurs and mentors, as well as overseeing various development initiatives. With a strong background in consulting at Accenture and involvement in the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community, Caela has demonstrated a commitment to social impact through numerous leadership positions, such as Co-Chair of the GSC Impact Council. Caela co-founded Harambee Vision, aimed at providing affordable vision solutions in underserved areas, and has held various internships that contributed to a diverse skill set. Caela holds a Master of Science in International Management from Esade and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, graduating Cum Laude from Ateneo de Manila University.
