Marco Fisbhen

Marco Fisbhen is the Founder and CEO of Descomplica, a leading Edtech company in Latin America, overseeing corporate and product strategy, digital marketing, and innovation since March 2012. Under Marco's leadership, Descomplica has raised over USD 100 million from top-tier investors and grown to over 1,000 employees. Marco has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, enterprise partnerships, and governmental relations. As a consultant and speaker, Marco has participated in high-profile events, including the United Nations and TEDx. Additionally, Marco holds roles as a board member at Play9, an Endeavor Entrepreneur and Mentor, and a fellow at Brazil Innovators, alongside previous teaching positions in video marketing and physics. Marco's educational background includes degrees from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, along with executive programs at Harvard and Stanford.
