Adam Hime is currently the SVP, Business and Legal Affairs and Associate General Counsel at Endeavor. Adam has previously worked at the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, Carnegie Mellon University, and Viacom.
At Viacom, Adam served as the Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs. In this role, they worked with network executives, artists, agents, and producers to procure agreements for the development, production, and exploitation of content for digital and linear platforms. Adam also led the west coast Litigation and Intellectual Property team, provided legal advice and risk mitigation counseling on hundreds of projects across all genres, and served as lead in-house counsel on several significant matters in state and federal court. In addition to their work in Business and Legal Affairs, Adam also served on the Production Safety Committee, Litigation Leadership Taskforce, Outside Counsel Advisory Board and Relationship Management Taskforce, and led Viacom's continuing legal education series, BALA U!.
Adam has been recognized as a Rising Star in the areas of Entertainment and Intellectual Property law by Los Angeles Magazine. Adam is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and Carnegie Mellon University.
Adam Hime received their Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and their Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. Adam is a member of the Order of the Coif.
They are on a team with Linda McCauley - SVP, Scripted Features Business & Legal Affairs, Courtney Braun - General Counsel, Client Representation, and Francisco Arias - EVP, Deputy General Counsel. Their manager is Seth Krauss, Chief Legal Officer.
