Leanne Pickering

Leanne is our Chief Customer & Strategy Officer leading the customer experience, strategy, corporate affairs, company secretarial, legal, risk and internal audit functions. Leanne has been with Endeavour Energy since September 2018 during which time she has held, and continues to hold, the roles of General Counsel and Company Secretary. Leanne was also the Interim CEO from June 2019 to April 2020.

She is a high calibre leader who brings over 20 years’ industry experience in infrastructure and senior roles having held senior positions with listed infrastructure funds and top tier law firms.

Leanne will continue to drive Endeavour Energy’s strategy and future focus to deliver on and improve customer outcomes and future innovation.
