Melissa Doueihi

Melissa Doueihi has extensive work experience in various industries. Melissa is currently working at Endeavour Energy (NSW) as the Head of Strategy & Innovation, where they started in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Western Sydney Development at Endeavour Energy from March 2021 to November 2022. Before joining Endeavour Energy, Melissa worked at ERM Power as a Principal Consultant, where they focused on developing customized energy strategies for large commercial and industrial companies. Melissa was with ERM Power from January 2019 to August 2020 and successfully shifted the company's Energy Solutions service offering to a more commercial and strategic approach. Melissa also has experience as a Business Development Manager at A M Medical Consulting, where they played a key role in the growth and development of the medical practice. Melissa worked at A M Medical Consulting from January 2007 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, where they led strategic projects for commercial businesses and government clients. Melissa began their career as a Consultant at ERM: Environmental Resources Management.

Melissa Doueihi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2003. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Economic Geography from UNSW in the years 1993-1996.
