Nathan Gatt

Nathan Gatt has extensive experience in business transformation and optimisation, currently serving as the General Manager Group Optimisation at Endeavour Group since August 2019, where Nathan is responsible for establishing a business optimisation practice that has achieved significant EBIT improvements. Previous roles include Head of Retail Operations Transformation at Endeavour Drinks, Program Manager for Retail Transformation at Woolworths Group, and transformation leadership positions at Coca-Cola Amatil, KPMG, and Woolworths Limited. Nathan's educational qualifications include a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Sydney University, with an MBA currently on hold at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, alongside a Diploma in Project Management from the University of New England.
