Ray Chen

Ray Chen is a seasoned professional in the wine industry with diverse experience spanning product innovation, winemaking, and technical support. Currently serving as a Product Innovation Manager at Endeavour Group since December 2021, Ray also holds the position of Product Development & Sourcing Manager for low/non-alcoholic beverages at Pinnacle Drinks. As the Founder and Winemaker of Rongo Wines, Ray has established an independent wine label specializing in limited batches and single vineyard expressions in Victoria since January 2021. Ray's previous roles include Technical Specialist for AU&NZ at Enartis, Enologist at Treasury Wine Estates, and various positions at Cornell University related to viticulture and food science. Ray holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Cornell University, a Bachelor's degree in Viticulture and Enology with a double major in Marketing from Lincoln University (NZ), and multiple diplomas from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
