Toby Francis

Toby Francis is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in leading design and content teams across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Creative at Endeavour Group since July 2018, Toby has previously held positions such as Senior Creative and Content Manager and Digital Creative Manager within the organization. In addition to roles at Endeavour, Toby has freelanced as a Graphic Designer and Photographer with To Be Frank Creative since September 2012, demonstrating a diverse skill set that includes conceptualizing brand identity, business card design, photography, and videography. Earlier experience includes serving as Creative Lead at Endeavour Drinks Group, Graphic Designer at Dan Murphy's, and Designer in the pre-production team for the Lego movie at Animal Logic. Toby holds a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications from Western Sydney University and an HSC from St Andrew's Cathedral School.
