Varsha Nimalendran

Varsha Nimalendran is an experienced professional in analytics and data science, currently serving as the Analytics & Data Science Practice Lead at Endeavour Group since July 2023. Prior to this, Varsha held various roles at Woolworths Group, including Senior Manager of Group Retail Analytics and Acting Head of Retail Analytics from January 2021 to July 2023. At Commonwealth Bank, positions included Manager of Home Buying Lending Quality Analytics and Senior Analyst in Business Insights & Analytics between May 2016 and January 2021. Previous experience also includes working as an Insights & Data Consultant at Capgemini and a Financial Marketing Analyst at INSA Freedom Insurance. Varsha Nimalendran holds an MBA in Technology from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in Actuarial Studies and Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
