Vince Dichiara

Vince Dichiara is currently serving as an IT Service Transition Manager at Endeavour Group since October 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Telstra from August 2008 to October 2023, where Vince held multiple managerial roles, including Manager of the Premium Service Centre, where oversight of approximately 120 staff provided managed service solutions and achieved service excellence through ITIL frameworks. Additional roles at Telstra encompassed managing Asset Management to align with business objectives and leading billing operations for enterprise and government clients. Vince also contributed to telkomtelstra on a project basis in 2015 and led a Robot Automation Team from 2005 to 2008, focusing on process improvement and customer service automation. Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from UNSW and a High School Certificate from Canterbury Boys High, with further education from Swinburne University of Technology.
