Emica Ahouman

Emica Ahouman is an experienced HR Project Officer with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, currently working at Endeavour Mining since March 2024, overseeing the implementation and support of HR Information Systems for the Exploration Business Unit across multiple West African countries. Prior to this role, Emica served as an IT Talent Acquisition Advisor at Alithya from November 2020 to January 2024, where contributions included process improvements and end-to-end recruitment for various sectors. Previously, Emica held similar talent acquisition positions at Procom Québec and Cherche & Trouve, and began a career in recruitment as a receptionist at Bray, Larouche et Associés. Emica holds a Baccalauréat in Relations industrielles from Université de Montréal, completed in 2019.
