With extensive experience across multiple organizations including AngloGold Ashanti and Perseus Mining Limited, Steve has a proven track record in developing and implementing asset management frameworks, enhancing reliability, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Steve holds a Master of Mining Engineering Management from Colorado School of Mines, an MBA in General Management from Heriot-Watt University, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
