Louis Kruger

Louis Kruger has extensive work experience in human resources and administration roles. Louis served as Vice President Human Resources & Administration and later as Group Human Resources Manager at Endeavour Mining Corporation from 2014 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager for ArcelorMittal Liberia from 2013 to 2014. Louis also held the position of Human Resources Manager at African Barrick Gold from 2011 to 2013, and General Manager at Mintails SA from 2008 to 2011. Kruger began their career at AngloGold Ashanti, where they held multiple roles as Training and Development Manager from 1984 to 2010.

Louis Kruger attended Vaal University of Technology from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a B.Tech Degree in Human Resources Development. In 2007, they also achieved an Academic Honours in the same field of study.
