Tarek Soubra

Tarek Soubra is a seasoned professional in the infrastructure and investments sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Investments at Endeavour. Inspired Infrastructure since January 2025. Previously, Tarek held the position of Director of Platform Development at Edged, where responsibilities included overseeing sustainable high-density data center platforms and securing capital partnerships. Tarek’s career at Skanska spanned from 2014 to 2022, with roles including Lead Project Manager for the Central Hall building at LaGuardia Terminal B, and Commercial Manager for the $1 billion project, focusing on commercial strategy and financial oversight. Tarek began at Skanska as a Development and Investment Associate in a fast-track program and started as a Business Development Analyst executing market research. Educationally, Tarek earned a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University in 2014 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut in 2013.
