Brenda Lacy Davis

Brenda Lacy Davis has extensive experience in human resources, starting in 1998 as VP of Business and Legal Affairs at Fox Family Channel. Brenda then served as VP of Human Resources at NUVOtv from 2004 to 2006, where they oversaw various HR functions. Following that, they worked as Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Altra Biofuels from 2006 to 2008, leading a team and implementing a hiring process. Davis then joined Fox Networks Group, first as VP of HR Network Engineering & Operations from 2008 to 2016, and later as SVP of HR from 2017 to 2019, providing strategic counsel and oversight for multiple disciplines. Currently, they are the Head of Human Resources for The Americas at Endemol Shine North America, where they are responsible for HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and overall people strategy.

Brenda Lacy Davis holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Labor and Employment from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. Brenda also has a JD degree in Law from Howard University, as well as a BA degree in Economics and Government Relations from the University of Maryland.
