Erickson Tolentino has been working in the culinary industry since 2013, with experience as a culinary instructor at Enderun Colleges. Prior to this, Erickson held positions as head chef and sous chef at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Philippines. Erickson received their culinary arts degree from the International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management in 2006.
