Joy Wilgin Ong

Joy Wilgin Ong is an experienced Workforce Transformation Leader with a background in project management, career coaching, and human resources. With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, Joy has held various leadership positions in well-known companies such as Deloitte Consulting, Enderun Colleges, and Summit Media. Joy's expertise also includes experience in online content management and problem management, with certifications in ITIL v3. Joy holds a Master of Technology Management degree from the University of the Philippines and has been a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society since 2010.
