Christian Encarnacion

Christian Encarnacion is a dedicated professional in the field of sport management, currently serving in Game Day Operations with the North Shore Navigators since May 2024, where responsibilities include coordinating promotions and fulfilling sponsor agreements to enhance the fan experience. In addition, Christian works as a Resident Assistant at Endicott College, providing support and ensuring student safety. Previous experience includes an internship as Game Day Event Staff, assisting with various athletic events, and a role as a Special Education Paraprofessional with Lynn Public Schools, emphasizing accuracy and completion of tasks. Christian is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management at Endicott College, expected to graduate in May 2026, and previously attained a High School Diploma from KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate in 2022.
