Rich Caspar

Rich Caspar is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product design and development across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Engineering at Endless Pools since March 2013, Rich previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Gamajet Cleaning Systems, where contributions included managing an engineering team and implementing an Engineering Change process. As Mechanical Engineering Manager at Milton Roy, Rich led a product development team responsible for significant product initiatives, including the redesign of a $60M product line. Earlier career roles include project engineer and senior product engineer at Milton Roy, and analytical structures engineer at Gulfstream Aerospace, utilizing advanced engineering techniques and analysis. Rich holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
