Jack Boyle

Jack Boyle, CPA, has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer at Endo since January 2008. Boyle has held various senior roles within Endo, including Senior Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, and Vice President of Finance for both Branded Pharmaceuticals and International business units. Key responsibilities have involved overseeing financial accounting, strategic financial planning and analysis, cash management, and debt facilities, as well as managing insurance programs and compliance with SEC filings. Prior to joining Endo, Boyle was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, where audit engagements were managed for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 1000 companies. Educational credentials include an MBA in Corporate Finance and Leadership from NYU Stern School of Business and a BSBA in Accounting from Bucknell University.
