Thomas Neylon

Thomas Neylon has a strong background in tax and finance, with over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Thomas began their career at Syngenta in 1997, where they served as VP Tax for nearly two decades. In 2016, Thomas joined Novartis as VP, International Tax, overseeing tax matters on a global scale. Most recently, they joined Endo Pharmaceuticals in 2020 as SVP Tax. Thomas has demonstrated expertise in tax planning and strategy, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Thomas Neylon's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. Thomas later pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Tax Law/Taxation from the Widener University School of Law, completing their studies from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their academic achievements, Thomas Neylon holds several certifications. Thomas became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Delaware in August 1994, obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accounting in February 1995, and became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association in June 2001.
