Marianne Larondelle

Marianne Larondelle has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Marianne began their career as an Assistant in marketing departments at Baxter International Inc. in 1995. Later on, they became the Marketing Communications manager for European marketing communication for blood transfusion medicine at the same company. Marianne was responsible for managing 2 direct reports and implementing changes to the corporate and marketing image of the transfusion medicine products line across Europe.

In 2000, Marianne worked as an Incentive Officer at Any Performance where they organized sales incentive trips and participated in organizing a scouting trip for a sales incentive trip in Vietnam.

From 2001 to 2002, they served as the Marketing Communications manager at ADB Lighting Solutions, Siemens, overseeing worldwide distribution network corporate and marketing communication. Marianne managed 2 direct reports and successfully implemented changes in the corporate and marketing image within the lighting products distribution network.

Marianne then joined Oxfam-Magasins du monde in 2002 as the Supply Chain & Marketing manager. In this role, they were responsible for fair trade products sales, marketing, and supply chain for a 300-shops network. Marianne also served as a member of the Board of Directors and managed a team of 34 employees with 6 direct reports. Marianne developed a multi annual sales business plan for the organization.

Marianne returned to Baxter International Inc. in 2004 as the Communications manager Fenwal Europe, ECEMEA, Italy. In this role, they handled European marketing communications for blood transfusion medicine and was responsible for corporate and media communication in Eastern Central Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Italy.

From 2006 to 2015, Marianne served as the Supply Chain, Facilities & Administration manager at Oxfam-Magasins du monde. Marianne was responsible for the fair trade products supply chain, along with facilities services including building maintenance, reception, administration, IT, fleet, and insurances. Marianne managed up to 28 workers, with 11 direct reports. Marianne also developed a multi annual plan, budget, and procedures for headquarters' building management, ensuring compliance with acquired certifications.

In 2015, Marianne took on a freelance manager role, providing services related to supply chain, facilities, and administration.

Additionally, Marianne works as a Trager massage practitioner on a part-time basis since 2012. Marianne offers Trager® massage therapy in private offices and institutions.

Currently, Marianne works as a Manager of Operations at Endo Tools Therapeutics on a part-time basis since 2017.

Marianne Larondelle has a diverse education history. Marianne obtained a Master's degree in Communication from the IHECS Institut des Hautes Etudes de Communication Sociale, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In 1999, they pursued further education at the Management Center Europe, specializing in Conference, Meeting, and Event Management, as well as International Advertising and Marketing Communication. Marianne then attended the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in 2003, focusing on Business Management. Their most recent educational endeavor was in 2016 at the Centre de Formation à Distance, where their studies centered around Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.
