Robert Griffith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, and professional sports. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Matador Enterprises since 2002, Robert has successfully collaborated with player unions and various sectors including fintech and biotech. As the Founder of XOOX Inc., Robert introduced the world’s first Smart Backpack as an NFL licensee, creating luxury backpacks for NFL teams. In addition, Robert holds a position as a Senior Consultant at CityTwig.com, which utilizes AI for analytics in the FinTech/InsurTech space. Robert served on the Executive Committee of the NFL Players Association from 1995 to 2008, negotiating multiple collective bargaining agreements, and has a notable background as a Defensive Back in the NFL with teams such as the Minnesota Vikings and Cleveland Browns.
