Louise Hucal

Louise Hucal has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Louise began their career in 1992 as Director of Finance at Caremark, where they were responsible for the development of the corporation's strategic and operating plans. In 1997, they became a Partner at Paymentflex Technologies LLC, where they were the exclusive licensor of patented and trademarked financial services technology. In 2006, they became the CFO of inVentiv Health, where they were accountable for traditional financial processes, controls, budgeting and forecasting. In 2013, they became the CFO of GSW Advertising, where they were accountable for traditional financial processes, controls, budgeting and forecasting as well as staffing plans, IT, facilities/office services and client legal matters. In 2015, they became the Chief Financial Officer of Endoluxe Inc. and Inkbox Ink Incorporated, where they were responsible for the development of the corporations' strategic and operating plans.

Louise Hucal completed the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) Directors Education Program in 2015, earning their ICD.D. Louise also holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
