Elaine Rémy

Elaine Rémy is a seasoned health and wellbeing professional currently serving as a Health and Wellbeing Coach and Officer with Westmorland and Furness Council since January 2023. Concurrently, Elaine is an Associate Coach at VA Consultants and leads the Cumbria Support Group for Endometriosis UK while also founding Vie’s Jamaican Rum Cakes. With a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Coaching, Elaine specializes in personal development, focusing on emotional intelligence and resilience for managers and leaders at Coaching & Cake. Previous experience includes roles as a trainer-coach in intercultural management and English language training. Elaine holds a BA Hons in French and Spanish from the University of Bradford.
