Jake Schwartz is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product engineering and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Endorsed, an AI recruiting assistant, and Founding Partner at Element 14 Capital, Schwartz has a strong track record of supporting innovative founders. Previously, Schwartz held leadership positions at Life360, where notable accomplishments included integrating the Tile acquisition and driving significant user retention growth. Additionally, Schwartz has contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer at the University of San Francisco, focusing on product management and entrepreneurship. Early career experience includes engineering roles at Apple and founding positions at Tenthbit Inc. and MyBandStock.
