Madhu Kolavennu

Madhu Kolavennu is an experienced technology and business leader with a strong background in digital innovation and team leadership. As the CEO and co-founder of EndoscopyNow since June 2017, Kolavennu focuses on enhancing medical education in the Gastroenterology/Endoscopy field to improve patient outcomes. Prior to this, a significant tenure at McDonald's included roles such as Director of Digital Engineering, where Kolavennu established a Digital Engineering organization and streamlined mobile application development, greatly reducing launch times and delivering substantial value. Experience also includes leadership positions at Dutch Bros Coffee, Daugherty Business Solutions, and Arc Worldwide, along with foundational roles in system engineering and project management. Kolavennu holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a postgraduate CCP Certificate in Computer Science from DePaul University.
