Amanda Sheldon

Amanda Sheldon currently serves as the Director of Human Resources - Patient Access at Endpoint Clinical, where responsibilities include supporting the divestiture of operations from Fortrea to Arsenal Capital Partners. Previously, Amanda held the position of Associate Director, Global HR Business Partner - Clinical Research at PPD, leading HR initiatives for diverse global business units and overseeing the well-being of up to 1500 employees. Amanda's experience also includes roles as a Senior Compensation Partner and Talent Acquisition Specialist, where significant achievements included implementing critical HR transformations and designing award-winning talent analytics dashboards. Additionally, Amanda served as Human Resources Compliance Manager at Sterling Personnel, Inc., and Lead Speech Consultant at the University of Mary Washington Speaking Center. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Mary Washington and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Meadowbrook High School.
