Andrea Pagnozzi, CPC, ELI-MP has a strong background in learning and development, with extensive experience in leading training and development programs for various companies in the life sciences industry. Andrea has held roles such as Learning & Development Director at Endpoint Clinical and Head of Training And Development at Foundation Medicine. Andrea has also worked in sales strategy, training, and communications at Takeda Oncology and as the Head of L&D at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Andrea'sdiverse experience includes program design, marketing development, and operations & field management at companies like Procter & Gamble.

Andrea Pagnozzi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Biochemistry from Northeastern University. Later, they completed their education at iPEC Coaching, where they earned a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification and became an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) in 2020.
