Melanie Pacheco-Manrique

Melanie Pacheco-Manrique has extensive experience in quality management, specifically in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Melanie began their career at Pacific BioLabs, Inc. in 2007 as a Quality Assurance Specialist, eventually advancing to the role of Quality Assurance Specialist II, Team Leader. In this position, they led the development and administration of quality systems to ensure compliance with various regulatory requirements and standards. In 2013, Melanie joined Endpoint Clinical as a Quality Assurance Specialist, later transitioning to Manager, Quality, Trust, and Compliance before becoming Associate Director of Quality Management. Throughout their roles, they demonstrated expertise in managing controlled documents, performing documentation reviews, and identifying gaps in procedures, processes, and systems to maintain quality standards.

Melanie Pacheco-Manrique completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Cellular and Molecular Biology at San Francisco State University from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they hold certifications in ASQ-CQA from ASQ and RQAP-GLP from the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA).
