Chris Miller has extensive work experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Chris is currently the Vice President of Talent at Parker89, the venture capital arm of First American Financial, where they have been since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Recruiting at Endpoint, a mobile-first Title and Escrow company, from 2019 to 2022. Chris also worked as the Manager of Recruiting at BCG Digital Ventures from 2017 to 2019, leading a team of 5 for all Product Management and Venture Architecture recruiting needs in the US. Before that, they held various recruiting positions at Paperless Post, SoundCloud, Wireless Generation, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Google. Chris has experience recruiting talent at different levels and industries, and they played a key role in growing several companies. Additionally, Chris has a background in US Equity Trading and was recognized as a leader in Swing/Day Trading during their time at Cronin Capital.
