Elisa Gonzales

Elisa Gonzales, M.Ed., currently serves as the Learning & Development Manager at Endpoint since September 2024. Prior to this role, Elisa held the position of Director of Learning and Development at The Retirement Plan Company, LLC from January 2023 to September 2024, and at MidAmerica Administrative & Retirement Solutions from July 2018 to March 2023. Elisa's extensive experience in instructional design includes positions at Ideal Image and Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants, along with earlier roles as a Learning Management Systems Administrator. Elisa began their career as an Operations Coordinator/Facility Manager at Century Storage and as a General Manager at Blockbuster. Educationally, Elisa holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Keiser University.
