Steven de Wit

Steven De Wit currently serves as the Head of HR International at Endress+Hauser Flowtec AG since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Group HR Director Operations & Integration at Athora from January 2019 to August 2022 and HR Director BeNeFrItEs at Lantmännen Unibake during 2016-2018. Steven's extensive career began at DHL, where significant positions included HR Global BPO and various leadership roles in change management and organization development from August 2000 to December 2015. Prior internships at Vlerick Business School and Aviapartner complemented formal education obtained at Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven and The Open University & Business School.
