Kevin Coughlin

Kevin Coughlin began their career at The Home Depot in 1995 as an Operations Manager, overseeing a $50 million store and managing 175 associates. In 2001, they transitioned to Therma-Tru Doors, where they held various roles such as National Sales Manager and Market Specialist, focusing on building customer relationships and supporting sales teams. Most recently, Kevin joined Endura Products in 2020 as a Business Development Manager for the East region before being promoted to Director of Sales.

Kevin Coughlin received a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology from SUNY Brockport in 1993. In 2013, they obtained a Professional Sales Certificate from The University of Toledo, specifically from the Edward H Schmidt School of Professional Sales. Kevin also holds a certification in Professional Sales from The University of Toledo.
