Rajendra Ghadage

Rajendra Ghadage has extensive work experience in the field of design and process engineering. Rajendra is currently working as a Lead Design Engineer at Endurance Technologies Ltd. since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ASHOK IRON WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED BELGAUM for several years. In this company, they held various roles including Senior Design and Process Engineer - NPD from December 2018 to April 2021, Design and Process Engineer - NPD from December 2014 to December 2018, and Graduate Management Trainee from December 2013 to December 2014. During their tenure, Rajendra was responsible for tasks such as jig and fixture design, process design, APQP PPAP documentation, and creating engineering and manufacturing documents.

Rajendra Ghadage earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production Engineering from Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College of Engineering and Polytechnic from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their HSC in Science at B.D.College patan from 2005 to 2007. Rajendra also received their SSC from K.D.P.Highschool, Patan from 2001 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Rajendra obtained ISO 9001 2015 Internal Auditor Training from Yashaswi Consultancy in June 2020 and became a CADCAMGURU Certified Design Engineer from CADCAMGURU Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in January 2013.
