Mike Grabham

Mike Grabham is a seasoned professional in the energy and construction industries, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Endurant Energy since April 2024 and as the Chief Executive Officer at Rogers Building Solutions since March 2022. Under Rogers Building Solutions, Grabham oversees multiple subsidiaries, including Rogers Mechanical and Coastal Mechanical. Previous experience includes a tenure at McKinstry from January 2008 to March 2022, where Mike held various leadership roles, including Vice President for National Energy & Infrastructure Services and Regional Director. Prior to joining McKinstry, Mike was the Director of Operations at Direct Energy, which was acquired by McKinstry. Earlier career milestones include managerial positions at Transcend Equity Development Corp. and engineering roles at Schneider Electric. Mike Grabham earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Baylor University.
