Aaron's experience includes working with EPC firms, managing local manufacturing representatives and distributors, promoting customer service, settling pricing disputes, handling complaints and procedures, dealing with union grievances, and completing new hire paperwork. Aaron is skilled in Microsoft Office programs, mechanical-technical aptitude, and large and small group collaboration. Aaron graduated from Earlham College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management.
