Dominic Aerts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and product management. Currently serving as Product Owner and Manager of Operations (Fulfillment & Move) at Eneco Belgium since April 2018, Dominic focuses on customer centricity and operational excellence, aiming to enhance responsiveness and optimize processes. Prior to this role, Dominic was Teamleader for the Customer Operations Control Center at eni gas & power nv/sa from June 2012 to April 2018, overseeing a team and managing key performance indicators. Earlier career highlights include managing reporting tools and analytics as a Reporting Analyst at Nuon Belgium NV from January 2008 to June 2012, and serving as a Customer Service Coach at Sitel from July 2006 to December 2007. Dominic holds a Graduate degree in Marketing from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
