Koen Vos

Koen Vos currently serves as the Virtual Power Plant Operations Manager and Offshore Wind Asset Manager at Eneco, where responsibilities include managing Wind Turbine Generator assets for the Prinses Amalia and Luchterduinen offshore wind farms in the Netherlands. Prior experience at Shell spanned several roles, including Operations Engineer and PMO Advisor, focusing on organizational transformation, stakeholder management, and operational optimization within the NAM Groningen gas field and Underground Gas Storages. Koen's early career included internships at Shell Wells R&D and BP UK, along with roles in research and development at ECE Offshore and leadership positions in academic organizations. Koen Vos holds a Master of Science in Arctic Offshore Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
