Marcha Crompvoets is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in the data and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Eneco since August 2022, Marcha previously held multiple senior and corporate recruiting roles at VodafoneZiggo from July 2015 to August 2022, focusing on business intelligence, data analytics, and digital recruitment. Earlier experience includes positions as a Recruitment Business Partner at BECIS and a Junior Campus Recruiter at Delta Lloyd.
