Roderick Jacobs

Roderick Jacobs has extensive work experience in procurement, supply chain management, and operations. Roderick is currently the Head of Procurement Renewable Heat at Eneco since January 2024. Prior to that, Roderick worked as a Manager in Supply Chain & Operations at Accenture the Netherlands from July 2019 to January 2024. From October 2017 to March 2019, they served as the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager at ERIKS North America, where they managed a team of 4 buyers and was responsible for supply chain and inventory management. Roderick also worked as a Project Manager at Nutreco from April 2016 to September 2017. Roderick started their career at Nederlandse Spoorwegen in 2012, where they held various roles including Transformation Program Manager and Management Trainee & Internal Consultant. Roderick also gained experience as a Junior Consultant at UniPartners Maastricht in 2011 and as a Trainee from 2007 to 2008. Overall, Roderick has a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, and organizational transformation.

Roderick Jacobs has a diverse education history. Roderick started with their Gymnasium degree in Natuur & Techniek from Sint Vituscollege. Roderick then pursued their BSc in Economics from Maastricht University, completing it in 2010. During this time, they also participated in an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University Singapore to study Business and Economics. Roderick further enhanced their academic profile by attending a Summer School at the University of Wroclaw in 2010. Later, in 2011, they obtained their MSc in International Business - Strategy & Innovation from Maastricht University. In addition to their formal education, Roderick has obtained additional certifications, including one in Effective Negotiating from KARRASS® Effective Negotiating in 2017 and another in the History of Rock Music, Part 1&2 from Coursera in 2013.
