Andrea Valenzuela

Andrea Valenzuela has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering and robotics. Andrea currently holds a position as a Mechanical Engineering Specialist at Enedym Inc. since 2022.

Prior to this, Andrea worked at Trucksail as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist from October 2018 to December 2020. During their time there, they contributed to the design and manufacturing of aerodynamic devices for the trucking industry. Andrea collaborated with a team of engineers to document the assembly process and applied their robotics background to integrate mechanical and electrical aspects of the design.

Before joining Trucksail, Andrea worked at Bot Camp as a Robotics Camp Instructor and Director from June 2016 to September 2018. In this role, they mentored students in robotics, helping them turn their ideas into functioning robots. Andrea covered topics such as mechanical design, strategy, and programming. Additionally, they provided coaching and guidance during competition stages and emphasized the importance of time management.
