Alejandro Delgado

Alejandro Delgado, MBA has several years of experience in various roles related to billing, collection, and customer care. Alejandro most recently worked as the Head of Performance & Channels Support at Enel Chile, where they were responsible for optimizing service processes and improving customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Alejandro worked as a Country Billing Manager at SGS, where they implemented global billing policies and led financial management. Alejandro also served as the Head of Billing and Collection at Falabella, overseeing billing processes and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additionally, Alejandro has experience in supervisor roles at Emel + Conafe and CGE Distribución, where they managed billing data, supervised the business department, and controlled budget and commercial management. Alejandro also has teaching experience at the Universidad Autonoma de Chile. Alejandro's expertise lies in customer care, billing, collection, and financial management.

Alejandro Delgado, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2018.
