Andres Contreras

Andres Contreras is a seasoned program manager with over a decade of experience at Enel Chile, currently overseeing strategic project management for the Latin American region, focusing on budget definition and control for technology projects in energy distribution and commercialization. Prior to Enel, Contreras served as a Utilities Manager at Synapsis from March 1996 to October 2011, leading IT application development and investment budget management for utility companies across Chile and Latin America. Academically, Contreras holds a Licenciatura from Universidad de Las Américas and an Industrial Civil Engineering degree from the same institution.
