Michele Tassini

Michele Tassini has extensive experience in human resources, industrial relations, and management within the energy sector. Since July 2022, Michele has been engaged in a full immersion program at E-Distribuzione. Prior to this, Michele held various senior roles at Enel Group from January 2017 to July 2022, including Head of People Care & Diversity Management, Head of Global Industrial Relations, and General Manager at FONDENEL. Michele's career with Enel began in January 2001, where roles ranged from Head of Compensation and Benefits to Head of Pension Funds and Administrative Services. Michele also served on the board of Endesa in 2014 and practiced law at Prosperetti e Associati Studio Legale between 2001 and 2003. Early career included a civil service role at the Ministry of Commerce with Foreign Countries. Michele is an alumnus of Università degli Studi di Roma.
