Leandro Vieira dos Santos

Leandro Vieira dos Santos serves as the Head of Maintenance and Technical Service Hydro Brazil at Enel Green Power, with responsibilities for managing over 1.2 GW of installed power across 28 Hydro Power Plants. With a focus on maintenance and contract management, Leandro oversees administrative and technical operations, ensuring service quality and adherence to project goals. Previous roles include Operation Manager for Wind Technology, Manager of Maintenance and Technical Services, and O&M Regional Manager, where Leandro successfully coordinated O&M activities across multiple plants, improving efficiency and production. Leandro's career began at REDE CELTINS, where positions included Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Engineer. Leandro holds a Master's degree in Commissioning Management of Renewable Power Plants from Università di Pisa, along with advanced and undergraduate degrees in engineering fields from Brazilian institutions.
