Maxwell Sibanyoni is an experienced Operations and Maintenance Plant Supervisor at Enel Green Power since November 2015, overseeing the general management of the Adams II and Upington Solar plants. Responsibilities include providing performance reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory inspections, monitoring SCADA systems, and managing contractor obligations.
