Andrea Capozio

Andrea Capozio has extensive experience in the fields of compensation management, data analysis, and training within the energy sector. Currently working at Enel since December 2017, Andrea Capozio manages key compensation processes for Staff Holding and Italy functions, implementing digital tools and a meritocratic model for employee compensation. Prior to this role, Andrea Capozio was at Enel Energia from January 2014 to November 2017, focusing on data analysis and report design while also managing the Social Network Corporate Radar for consultants. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, a Master's degree in Big Data from Sapienza Università di Roma, and additional studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
