Marco Seeman

Marco Seeman is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of People and Organization for the Rest of the World at Enel, a position held since November 2014, overseeing a diverse geographical scope that includes countries in South and North America. Prior roles at Enel include Head of People Empowerment and Head of Global Media, where responsibilities spanned executive management, cultural evolution, and external communications. Additionally, Marco has held positions in regulatory affairs and partnership development within Enel Green Power and possesses a robust educational background in law, European studies, and human resources from prestigious institutions including SDA Bocconi and the European University Institute. Currently, Marco also serves as a Fellow at ELIS.
