Mariapia Mastroddi

Mariapia Mastroddi currently serves as the Head of People Partner at Enel Global Services, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Mariapia was Head of People & Organization at E-Distribuzione from January 2022 to September 2023 and held multiple roles at Enel Group from July 2017 to January 2022, including Head of People & Organization for Enel Global Procurement and Head of HR & Organization for Global Trading. Before joining Enel, Mariapia was the Direttore Risorse Umane at SACE from March 2006 to June 2017 and served as an HR Specialist at ABBOTT from 1999 to 2005. Academically, Mariapia holds a Master in Business Law from Università degli Studi di Torino and a Law degree from the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
